City weighs annexation and incentives linked to Woodside deal
LeDuc says TIF lake has not been annexed and a full property annexation incentive was offered. The golf course deal yields a constant $7,298 yearly tax abatement with Woodside receiving under $50,000 overall, while Sidewood Development disputes similarity to the proposed TIF. Canning notes Woodside’s incentive applied to vacant land and excluded county and school taxes.
