Safe Sane Halloween ends with few incidents reported

Lawmen from the Aiken Department of Public Safety saw limited rowdy behavior on Halloween night. Detective Tom Galardi noted egg-throwing incidents were the worst, with many kids out and popular apartment clusters like Plaza Place and Gatewood. About 20 to 25 extra officers patrolled to prevent trouble.
