Universal Health Services Inc. won court approval to acquire 12 Charter Behavioral Health Systems hospitals for 105 million dollars. The U S Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware issued the order. The facilities total about 1 400 beds and generate roughly 150 million dollars in annual net revenues.
