Two charged in drug case in Aiken County
Aiken County deputies arrested Leon McCain 51 and Velissa D. Bush 32 on crack cocaine charges after undercover buys on Fairview Avenue and at McCain’s home. A shotgun of stolen property linked to a Richmond County burglary was found along with credit cards and check books. Marcus Gregory 18 faces burglary and grand larceny after breaking into a North Augusta storage building. Sheriff Hunt says more arrests may follow and asks for tips via the sheriff’s office or Crime Stoppers.
