Lamont Shomari Johnson, 21, of 81 Alex Johnson Road, Couchton, is charged with murder in the death of his adoptive father Bracey Johnson, 53, found Saturday with a massive head injury. He had prior trespassing and resisting arrest convictions from an April 1999 incident. Bracey Johnson was pronounced dead at 7:45 a.m. after being taken to the Medical College of Georgia. he worked for Kimberly Clark.
