Four assailants attacked Deputy Kirk Owens and Investigator Gerald Taylor while serving an arrest warrant on Tony A Douse. Douse and three co-defendants Glennis Hatchell Thaddeus Keith Heath Ted Hatchell were charged with multiple assault counts with bonds ranging from 5 000 to 40 000.
