Google and PayPal clash over mobile payment secrets
PayPal accuses Google of stealing mobile payments ideas and executives in a California suit filed just after Google Wallet’s launch in New York. The 28 page complaint names Osama Bedier and Stephanie Tilenius as key culprits, claims transfer of PayPal secrets, and seeks court protection for trade secrets and damages. Google rejects the allegations saying it recruited talent from the job market.
