Motorcycle passenger dies in I-20 crash with horse
An Orangeburg woman Chequita Snow Burgess, 30, died after the motorcycle she rode struck a horse on I 20 westbound near mile marker 29 in Aiken County. The rider James Burgess, 29, of Orangeburg, survived with serious injuries. both wore helmets. the incident remains under Highway Patrol investigation.
