South Carolina officials condemn MOX decision at Aiken rally
In Aiken County a large coalition of MOX supporters criticized the U S Department of Energy plan to terminate the Savannah River Site MOX facility. Senator Lindsey Graham and Senator Tim Scott spoke alongside Rep. Joe Wilson and state leaders, arguing for MOX as a path to convert weapons plutonium to reactor fuel and opposing the dilute and dispose plan.
