Ananda Ray a 16 year old Williston resident has been chosen to travel around Europe this summer with International Bands of America an honor band that includes dancers and choir members from schools nationwide Ray a clarinet player attends Williston Elko Ray and is active in the A C Settles Young Adult Choir at St Peter Baptist Church in Elko She takes part in the quarterly Adopt A Highway project on Saturday June 5 meeting at Montmorenci Baptist Church lot at 9 am All civic minded groups and citizens are invited to help keep South Carolina highways litter free
