Image Data adds claim in license photos sale suit against state
Image Data LLC of Nashua New Hampshire says South Carolina should pay it for breaking a contract to sell drivers license photos for an anti fraud system. The company countersued in February accusing defamation and interference with contracts while the state asserts no new suit was filed. Christie says the company no longer sells photos and has finished its pilot in the state.
