Chesterfield Street drainage upgrade completed in Aiken
City of Aiken completes Chesterfield Street stormwater project from Park to Colleton. Replacement of 48 inch CMP with 60 inch RCP includes new grate inlet and junction box plus soil nail wall and shotcrete slope treatment to stabilize a 35 foot bank. Work ran March 8 to May 18 under Hayward Baker Inc. and Cranson Engineering Group.
