Former Aiken bank officer sentenced to prison
Carrie Caldwell, 40, ex Regions Bank branch manager in Aiken, was sentenced to 27 months for embezzling over 600000 from Covenant bank accounts to fund travel, a boat, and luxury items. She also filed false tax returns and underreported income to the IRS. the IRS and local and federal agencies investigated.
