Margaret Weston Health Centers win Johnson & Johnson grant
The Margaret J Weston Community Health Centers received a two year grant from Johnson & Johnson Community Health Care to fight diabetes obesity and cardiovascular disease in Aiken County. The program will expand chronic disease self management blood pressure and cholesterol monitoring and nutrition tracking across three Weston sites serving nearly 10 000 patients regardless of ability to pay.
