South Carolina approves Amazon tax deal on second vote
The South Carolina House, 97 to 20, passes a five year sales tax exemption for Amazon.com after the retailer expands job goals to at least 2,000 full time positions with health benefits and a 125 million investment by end of 2013, with no retail store in state. The deal awaits a Senate vote.
