Dr. Rising, trained at Sherman College and Cleveland Chiropractic College, offers traditional and modern techniques to treat musculoskeletal issues including spine misalignments. The clinic features on-site x-ray, accepts Medicare Medicaid and workers comp, offers payment plans, and operates weekdays 8 am to 6 pm at 425 Laurens St.
