Aiken man jailed after failing to appear in court
Bernard Scrivens 35 was jailed on a bench warrant after missing a scheduled trial in Aiken County court for strong armed robbery and possession of a stolen vehicle. He appeared once the warrant was issued, was placed in the detention center, and his trial was postponed.

Salley man reports window break in car theft on Salley Road
A 20 year old Salley man says someone broke his car windows and stole items including a stereo while his vehicle was parked on Salley Road. Several other local thefts and incidents are reported including multiple credit card charges at Sam's Club and a car tag theft on Pleasure Island Drive.
