Amtrak engineer blamed for Philadelphia derailment voices
Federal investigators said Amtrak engineer Brandon Bostian shifted from distraction to disaster in seconds as radio chatter about a rock thrown at a commuter train pulled his attention from the track. They noted lack of Positive Train Control contributed to the fatal 2015 crash that killed eight.
