Curves Energizes Weight Loss Push At Local Centers
After one week at Curves, Alice Empoliti reports 65 pounds and 65 inches shed in a year. The program blends 30 minute workouts with strength training and aerobics, plus diet guidance and support from staff and members. Curves operates three Aiken County locations and features a six meal per day plan with tests to tailor diet.
