North Augusta Man Pleads Guilty To 2014 Assault On Minor
Theron William Robinson, 31, pleaded guilty in Aiken County to a 2014 assault involving a 7 year old. The charge was reduced from third degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor to first degree assault and battery. A judge sentenced him to eight years, suspended to 90 days in jail and five years of probation. He faces up to eight more years if probation is violated.
