S.C. inmate may choose electrocution
James Neal Tucker could become South Carolina’s first electric chair execution since 1996. He had until Friday midnight to choose lethal injection. as of 5 p.m. he had not filed paperwork. Tucker was scheduled to die May 28 for killing Rosa Lee Oakley in Sumter County.
