Three Aryan Nations Members Arrested Over Planned Seattle Bomb Plot
Three men tied to Aryan Nations were arrested hours before a planned bombing attack in Seattle aimed at minorities or gay people. John Winslow and Stephen Nelson were arrested in the Seattle area, James Baker in Coeur d Alene Idaho. They faced charges of conspiracy illegal possession of firearms and possession of an explosive device. The arrests halted the bomb assembly and followed by court appearances in Seattle and Idaho. The group is based in Hayden Lake Idaho led by Richard Butler, who preaches white supremacy and a whites only homeland in the Northwest.
