Drug Fairy Suspected as Bond Case Closes Without Charges
Lewis Grizzard recalls the Bond car investigation ending with no charges. Chief Napper said the owner bore no blame for marijuana in the ash tray, while suggesting the thief, possible culprit, lifted the radio and left an unsmoked joint behind. Grizzard jokes about a Drug Fairy being the true instigator.
