Healing Springs history traced in new book by Raymond P. Boylston Jr
Aiken native Raymond P. Boylston Jr chronicles Healing Springs and the surrounding Barnwell County area from its geological birth to its role in American history. He notes the springs’ long use by animals and humans, ownership by six individuals, and a 1944 deed transferring the springs to Almighty God, with the author and his wife now living in Raleigh.
