270-year-old Bolingbroke book found in Charleston vault
A rare 1743 Disserta tion Upon Parties by Henry St John Lord Bolingbroke was recovered from the Charleston Library Society vault and will return to the College of Charleston at a ceremony. The find joins other gems, including Hamilton letters and a John Marshall letter to Pinckney, amid long storage and Civil War relocations.
