A writer tries Bollywood aerobics at the India Community Center, Milpitas, paying 5 dollars per drop-in or 40 dollars for an annual pass. Instructor Samita leads a 60 minute class mixing Bollywood and Western steps, with high energy music and moves from Bhangra to box steps. The program has grown from two weekly sessions in 2003 to sixteen per week under Mona Sampath, senior program manager.
