Pacquiao could face fines or suspension from the Nevada Athletic Commission for not disclosing a shoulder injury before facing Floyd Mayweather Jr. The state AG’s office will review why he checked no to a shoulder injury on a pre fight form. USADA said it had no medical information or MRI data. Pacquiao later underwent surgery for a rotator cuff tear. his camp says the injury was disclosed to USADA.
