Ohio students drown in Costa Rica mission trip tragedy
Two Ohio juniors, Caity Jones and James Smith, died after an undertow swept their group off a Costa Rican beach during a mission trip. A third student, Kai Lamar, remained missing as of Thursday while two others were rescued. The group from Patriot Preparatory Academy and Impulse International Mission Trips had been volunteering at an orphanage and a drug rehabilitation center.
