Aiken man charged after two and a half pounds marijuana seized
Aiken County Sheriff's Office narcotics investigators recovered about two and a half pounds of marijuana from a Aiken home after a four month undercover operation. Francis Marion Vann, 62, faces distribution charges and four warrants. Harry Earl Roussin, 65, Dennis John Smith, 57, and Earl Allen Clark, 48, were also charged at the residence.
