USC Aiken baseball player Greg Ehmig ends slump ahead of District Six playoffs. Orioles suffer consecutive losses after breaking long slide, falling to the White Sox, as USC Aiken golf team prepares for the NAIA national event.

Molloko the California condor chick raised in captivity ate its first meals from a handler at 6 a.m. and continued hourly feeds. The chick, part of an effort that brings the population to 28, showed strong appetite according to Martha Baker, San Diego Wild Animal Park spokeswoman.
