Flint Officials Overruled Plan for Corrosion Control
In a 2014 meeting at Flint water plant, Mike Glasgow said state regulator Mike Presby told staff not to monitor phosphate as corrosion controls. Flint later faced widespread lead in drinking water after switching to the Flint River, with officials later blamed for misreading testing rules and delays in applying corrosion treatment.
