Lt Governor Bauer Cited For Speeding Twice In Four Months
Videos obtained by the AP show South Carolina Lt. Gov Andre Bauer stopped for speeds over 100 mph on I 77 and I 385 with no tickets issued. Bauer apologized saying he overextends himself and takes responsibility while up for re election.
