Three arrested in Kipling Road shooting case
Aiken County deputies arrested three suspects after a Kipling Road shooting. Jeremy Bell 20 of Batesburg faced two counts of attempted murder and trafficking meth or cocaine base. James Fink 44 of Leesville charged with pointing and presenting firearms and trafficking meth or cocaine base. Rachel Hartley 22 of Batesburg charged with trafficking meth or more. All were held at the Aiken County detention center.
