Daniel J. Hogan III, 58, a 1964 Aiken High School graduate now of Glenmorea Louisiana, was among 15 contract workers killed in a Texas City refinery explosion. He had lived in Aiken from age five and planned a June family wedding. His wife Becky Friday recalled his bright smile and frequent returns home.
