Beech Island Man Dies in Highway 278 Crash
A Beech Island resident Kyrenie Boyd aged 28 died Friday night in a crash on Highway 278 near Church Street around 11 15 p m. His Chevrolet pickup overturned after loss of control. Multiple vehicles were involved. The Aiken County Coroner Thra Carlton Mo and the Highway Patrol are investigating with toxicology spent.

Senior Men Learn About Memory Disorders
Kathy Tuckey spoke at the Senior Men's Club meeting in February about the Movement and Memory Disorder Center at Augusta University Medical Center and its regional Memory Assessment Center serving Georgia and South Carolina. She outlined Medicare wellness visits, referrals to neurology, and a Parkinsons and Movement Disorder Interdisciplinary Care Clinic.
