A North Augusta woman Tara H Dorfman 96 of 2108 Caretta St was granted a 20000 bond after being charged with cruelty to a child in the first degree. She waived extradition and was transported to Richmond County where she faces alleged poisoning by injecting bacteria into her 9 year old daughter's bloodstream. The child is in care of a family friend and has had no hospital visits since. Authorities suspect Munchausen by proxy.
