Ruby Mason an 84 year old woman was slashed in her Bath home during a burglary and robbery. Roy Herron 27 of Clearwater is jailed in Aiken County on charges of burglary and robbery with a deadly weapon. He is held on a 30000 bond after investigators traced bloody footprints from a Bi Lo store to his residence where a bloody knife and watch were found.
