Edgefield Agriculture Day Funds Scholarships at Thurmond High
The third annual Edgefield County Agriculture Day on March 14 at Strom Thurmond High School drew about 1,500 attendees. Organizers cited indoor space, demonstrations by Piedmont Technical College and Clemson, tractor displays from Derick Equipment and Wilson Tractors, and a silent auction to raise money for agricultural scholarships and the school’s program.
