Mrs. Jessie A. Hall a leading Aiken realtor with Euaire Salley Co. died at University Hospital. She helped sell the Grace property to singer Andy Williams and was active in major estate deals. Survived by sons Henry and Tudor and daughter Addison Gobhai, the obituary notes her community impact and charity support. Memorial service planned for Wednesday at 2 p.m. at St. Thaddeus Episcopal Church.

An Aiken Safety report notes the Memorial Baptist Church financial office was robbed on Friday night with cash missing after a window was pried open. A separate incident at the Rutland Drive school bus office saw $130 in cash and $600 in electronics taken. Three Revco Drugs shoplifting arrests followed, with Omar Paul Carroll, Darthie Skinner Boyd, and Marie Usry charged for small thefts.
