Fatal two vehicle crash claims North Augusta man
A North Augusta man, Carl Furillo Polite Jr., 40, died after a high speed two vehicle crash on I-20 east near mile marker 5 Friday night. Polite’s Lexus hit a Ford Fusion, overturned, and he was then struck by a eastbound semi. Autopsy pending. investigation by Aiken County Coroner's Office and South Carolina Highway Patrol.
