Harbor Chase of Aiken promotes a caregiver support group in the Palmetto Room at 1385 Silver Bluff Road. The program offers resources to ease the transition from home to community for caregivers of loved ones with dementia. The fourth Thursday of each month provides a chance to share coping strategies and regain balance.
