Double Homicide at Holley Pond Road Ends in Deaths
Aiken County Coroner Tim Carlton reports two people died in a murder suicide at a Holley Pond Road residence. The shooter, 59-year-old William R Bodie, killed Wendy Rae Bogard 56 and then killed himself after shooting Bodie, the property owner, in what investigators describe as a self-inflicted act. The bodies were found about 3 40 p m Friday afternoon at the scene.
