Aiken Trials Race Day Brings Horse Fun Food in Tradition

The 52nd Aiken Trials proceed at the Aiken Training Track on Two Notch Road with six races for 2 and 3 year olds. Gates open at 10 a.m. and races start at 2 p.m. Tickets at the gate are $8, under-12 free. parking $10, campers and motor homes $15. Copyrighted notes indicate tailgating, crosswalk use, and Boy Scouts aid after the event to raise funds. The Trials open the Aiken Triple Crown, followed by the Aiken Hunt Meet on March 26 and the Aiken Harness Race on April 2.
