Surprise Good Samaritan Returns Purse on Whiskey Road

Patsy McManaway was surprised when a man rushed to her car at a traffic light on Whiskey Road and South Boundary and returned a purse she had lost three days earlier. He claimed he found it on her bumper after she had driven 30 to 40 miles.
