Mexican citizen Marin Villa sentenced in federal re entry case
Mexican citizen Luis Marin Villa, 36, of Augusta, was found guilty of illegally re entering the United States after prior deportations. U S District Judge Mary Geiger Lewis sentenced him to one year and one day in prison with no supervised release, as he is expected to be deported after finishing his sentence. The case was investigated by Homeland Security ICE ERO, with A U S A William Day Jr prosecuting in Columbia.
