Brisbon Chapman was charged with five counts of second degree sexual exploitation of a minor and ten counts of third degree exploitation. He remains in jail on a $150000 bond as investigators probe a proactive file sharing case linked to an IP address.
A Beech Island woman reported an unknown man entered her home at 8 p.m. Saturday on Beech Island Avenue and offered “free tree services” before stealing her purse containing cash and cards. The suspect is described as a white man about 5 foot 9 and 150 pounds with gray hair.
Warrenville man Onofre Lopez, 35, faces unlawful neglect of a child charges after investigators say he wrapped a belt around a 7 year old girl’s neck during a Jan. 27 game and later threatened future harm if she spoke out. Three children ages 7, 6, and 3 are named as victims. Lopez was detained but released by Monday afternoon.
