North Augusta bank robbery suspect arrested in Columbia
Jhane Dajour Williams of Columbia was arrested in Columbia by the S C State Law Enforcement Division for a March 7 Regions Bank robbery on West Avenue North Augusta. A note demanding money was given to staff and an undisclosed amount was taken before she fled. An evidence slip linked to Williams and custody was transferred to Aiken County detention center.

Aiken County man charged with child sex offenses
Cervantes Rodriguez, 70, of 200 Black ofaheson Road, was charged Tuesday with first degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor and aggravated form involving a person under 11. Deputies meet the victim’s parents who reported ongoing abuse since 2012 while the suspect’s wife babysat the child. Rodriguez was arrested and jailed in Aiken County.
