Churches bake for prison outreach campaign reach
Millbrook Baptist and St. John's United Methodist join several congregations in a drive that produced about 6 000 cookies for Kairos Prison Ministry. A McCormick Correctional Institution team will work this weekend, while St Bartholomew's Episcopal in North Augusta handled the Saturday shift with Chris Lehi aiming to bake about 500 cookies and spread the ministry message.
