Pentagon forms offensive cyber teams to defend U S gird
Gen. Keith Alexander testified that 13 cyber teams will execute defend-the-nation missions with offensive capabilities to deter and counter electronic attacks. He said 27 more teams will support warfighting commands and protect DoD systems, with operations planned abroad.
