The William Gregg battery building, an historic structure once part of Gregg’s property, was moved to the Aiken County Historical Museum on 40 palettes at a cost of 45000 dollars. Aiken hosts a resource fair for Savannah River Site and Cold War nuclear workers at the H. Odell Weeks Activities Center. An Aiken man was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia after a glass pipe was found in a backpack during a late night stop near Pine Log and Whiskey roads.
